After 40, my body changed fast. Hormonal belly fat, brain fog, awful sleep, zero energy.
At first, I blamed stress from my 20+ years in corporate. But the truth? My old âhealthy habitsâ of skipping meals, eating light, and running on caffeine had collided with my shifting hormones.

So I went back to uni, studied clinical nutrition, and became a menopause practitioner. And what I learned changed everything.
