How I turned my peri journey into a passion for helping others...

 

I know first-hand how overwhelming and frustrating perimenopause can be, especially when it feels like your body is changing in ways you can’t control.

For years, I battled stubborn belly fat, bloating, digestive issues, and sleepless nights. The weight just wouldn’t budge, and no matter what I tried, the belly fat seemed to grow, making me feel even more out of sync with my body. I also dealt with memory lapses, irritability, and skin flare-ups, each symptom felt like a never-ending reminder that something bigger was at play.

At first, I thought it was just work stress or aging, but when the symptoms kept piling up, I realised there was more to it. That’s when I decided to take control of my health and do a deep dive into understanding what was happening inside my body.

With my qualifications in weight loss nutrition and perimenopause health, I turned my focus to how food, hormones, and lifestyle habits were affecting me. What I discovered was a game-changer. By making simple, sustainable changes, focusing on how to eat, when to eat, and what to eat based on my unique Perimenopause Archetype, I started seeing incredible improvements.

In just one month, I shed 2.5 inches around my belly, my sleep improved, and my energy skyrocketed. But the most important change? My confidence and sense of well-being returned. I wasn’t just losing weight, I was getting my life back.
