I'm your biggest hype woman

After 40, my body changed fast. Hormonal belly fat, brain fog, awful sleep, zero energy.

At first, I blamed stress from my 20+ years in corporate. But the truth? My old “healthy habits” of skipping meals, eating light, and running on caffeine had collided with my shifting hormones.

And then…Graves’ disease entered the chat. Perimenopause + autoimmune + burnout = not a vibe.

That’s when I knew something had to change.

(I briefly considered changing my personality…but turns out nutrition was the better option 😅)

So I went back to uni, studied clinical nutrition, and became a menopause practitioner. And what I learned changed everything.

Nutrition isn’t just part of the solution in perimenopause — it is the foundation.
