I'm your biggest hype woman!
After 40, my body changed fast, belly fat, brain fog, awful sleep, and zero energy. I blamed stress from my 20+ years in corporate, but the truth was…my old “healthy” habits (skipping meals, eating light, living on caffeine) stopped working as my hormones shifted.
Then my autoimmune condition collided with perimenopause and burnout hit hard. That’s when I knew I had to change.
I went back to study, became a qualified Weight Loss Nutritionist and Menopause Practitioner, and rebuilt my health from the inside out. Within 3 months, I’d lost 5kg and 2.5 inches from my waist, stabilised by energy, and felt like me again.
That’s when I developed my Perimenopause Archetype Framework, a simple way to understand what your body is asking for so you can eat, live, and feel better with far less effort.
